ZillowVERIFIED Working with Durwin was a positive experience from start to finish. He, together with his partnering agent Lisa, assisted me in the sale of two homes that were inherited through the sudden passing of a relative. Already a stressful situation, the matters were complicated further by one of the homes being a distressed property that would require some real talent to find a buyer. At our first meeting, Durwin carefully explained the process, what minimum investment would needed at each home, and helped me understand kind of listing and sale strategy we would be looking at. Although I was a motivated seller, I knew very little about the process and needed to learn quickly. As it would turn out, Durwin would be an excellent advisor and partner for this very situation. Every question was answered, anxieties resolved, and valuable input at every stage of the process.
