Dealing with going back to school, a Wedding to plan, and going through the home process, Carl took on a HUGE load for us during this time by being active behind the scenes from dealing with meticulous seller agents to communicating with the COOP/Attorneys/Bank Lender to providing us with home insurances agents to even supporting us in the closing date (being present!). That is what stood out from Carl! He was ALWAYS present, in person or by messaging he made himself available to us! He is very passionate on what he does, truly can see how he pours his heart and mind to what be does and we always appreciated his honesty! We got turned down from a few homes, but Carl kept that aEURoehopeaEUR? and helped us to never settle for aEURoeless.aEUR? Carl came with a full bio binder of himself told me to look it over and do some research on him (very impressive) no other realtor had done that. Carl was the 4th realtor I interviewed by the time I finished interviewing Carl I knew he would be a great candidate for me. When Carl came back to meet up with me he had a whole game plan of selling me home. Within 1 week there was a flood gate of offers, within week 2 l was in contact.
