Loved working with CC! She knows her area. Very hard working. Goes above and beyond. Has helped us through the ups and downs of finding a place. Explained to us the pros and cons of houses we have asked her to look up. If you want a hard working and very thorough agent...CC is the one for you. I can not express enough everything she has done for us. Made our move to Tennessee so much better.

Amanda says shes transparent. We were honest with her throughout the whole process. I had put down my prior landlords information that I had from 2 years ago and his number had changed. I let Amanda know I was on my way to his house to get his updated number. Also when she looked up his rental property she said she couldnt find it. I found it instantly online myself and told her that it was under his wives name first then his. She didnt care what I had to say. She is very slow at getting back with you and she also doesnt follow through anything she says. We had a very horrible experience with her. In my opinion I wouldnt use her as a realtor or as a property manager. Communication and trust is key. Also if youre going to rent property and going to check credit you should put under information that you are looking for a certain credit score. It would save everyone time and energy.

Amanda was beyond amazing. I have never worked with a realtor who went so far above and beyond what is reasonably expected. She not only helped us through both the buying and selling process, but has continued to be a valuable resource. I would never even consider using another agent! Thanks Amanda!
