We relocated to TN from GA and weren't familiar with the area at all, but we knew we wanted a new construction, away from the city, and in a darling neighborhood. CC was amazing with finding us homes that were in line with our needs and budget. We lived out of town at the time, and she was able to pack in a day full of showings for us since we had to move on a home quickly. CC was also very patient and let us talk through each home and if it was right for us. We ended up with a beautiful new house that we both love and the closing process was fast and effortless. CC negotiated a great price for us and we were thrilled!I appreciated the team's hard work in getting us into our new home. ZillowVERIFIED CC Milhorn has helped our family with the buying and selling of homes over the last twelve years, and we have always been impressed with her skills and dedication. The difference with our recent purchase was that the housing market has become very competitive, and we had a rigid deadline to find a great property. She educated us about the current market and quickly found properties for us to consider. She worked after business hours and even kept in touch during her vacation until we finally found and closed on the perfect property for us. CC has a great assistant Ebony Johnson who is efficient and helpful and always available for questions. I would highly recommend the Baxter-Milhorn group. They are a great business team that really cares about their clients. ZillowVERIFIED I can't say enough great things about The Baxter-Milhorn Group. CC was my realtor. Even though she normally doesn't do showings anymore. As soon as I contacted her she was available to me. First of all she helped me to find my home in 1 day. The market is fast moving and most of the houses I planned to look at were already under contract. She only showed me homes in my price range and with my specifications. Second of all, she assisted me every step of the way and made the entire process stress free. I needed to close as soon as possible due to my closing date on my previous home. We closed in 21 days. She referred me to a mortgage broker who was equally as efficient as She was. Even though we were dealing with holiday and week end hold ups, she managed to get my home inspection 4 days after my offer was accepted and home inspection soon after. Most people are on a waiting list due to the volume of home sales. Finally she even reminded me on changing my utilities. She was extremely prompt in answering my questions. At closing I was presented with a beautiful key chain with the key to my new home and a beautiful doormat with my address monogrammed on it. I would highly recommend The Baxter-MILHORN Group! They are the best.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I live out of state so time was precious to us. We met with Anna and she provided appropriate listings for us to review. We were able to visit 14 listings and found the perfect property for us! Anna provided excellent and professional input through the entire process. Even when the owner proved to be a challenge during negotiations Anna was patient and respectful of our decisions. Eventually the contract was signed, after we had to return home, but Anna was willing to be our legs on the ground to meet with people about the driveway and gave us good guidance in every respect. It is an understatement to say we were impressed with Anna. Anna Harrell is the best buyer's agent we have ever met and she made the purchase process a pleasure. She was knowledgeable of the area and clearly had our best interest in mind. We highly recommend working with Anna and the Baxter-Milhorn Group if you are in the market.

ZillowVERIFIED Alexa was instrumental in our move. Being from Ohio and not knowing the Tennessee area or people, she found what we needed as far as inspections and literally set everything up for us. We only had to make it down. Also found us a place to stay once we arrived in Tennessee until we could close on our dream house. We love our house and it wasn't remotely possible without Alexa and her team. They are the best in the area and, yes, I looked at other properties with other agents.
