ZillowVERIFIEDAmanda says shes transparent. We were honest with her throughout the whole process. I had put down my prior landlords information that I had from 2 years ago and his number had changed. I let Amanda know I was on my way to his house to get his updated number. Also when she looked up his rental property she said she couldnt find it. I found it instantly online myself and told her that it was under his wives name first then his. She didnt care what I had to say. She is very slow at getting back with you and she also doesnt follow through anything she says. We had a very horrible experience with her. In my opinion I wouldnt use her as a realtor or as a property manager. Communication and trust is key. Also if youre going to rent property and going to check credit you should put under information that you are looking for a certain credit score. It would save everyone time and energy.

ZillowVERIFIED Amanda was beyond amazing. I have never worked with a realtor who went so far above and beyond what is reasonably expected. She not only helped us through both the buying and selling process, but has continued to be a valuable resource. I would never even consider using another agent! Thanks Amanda!

ZillowVERIFIED Amanda was INCREDIBLE! She worked harder for me than any other realtor I have ever used. Her knowledge of the real estate industry, along with her knowledge of our local market got my house sold in 3 HOURS...for full asking price! Amanda made the entire process so easy and stress-free. I highly recommend her for any of your real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED I feel like we have found our forever realtor. Amanda was amazing as our advocate and she truly has you best intentions in mind. She is very kind to talk at any time and very patient during the most stressful time. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a kind person to walk in this journey. We cannot thank her enough for getting us in our dream home! Despite a lot of tears and laughter along the way she stuck with us :)

ZillowVERIFIED Amanda was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond anything we could have ever imagined in a real estate agent. Anytime we had a question Amanda was more than happy to help us with anything we needed. When we needed to start moving stuff in before we were able to close she went out of her way to reach the seller to get an agreement to let us move stuff in before we were set to close. I highly suggest using Amanda if you ever need an agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Amanda was such a amazing realtor to work with. She showed us countless houses over the course of 4 months. She always had information on had of each property but also had local knowledge of the neighborhoods from growing up locally in the Bristol area. She was able to find us our dream home and made the stress of buying a home fun!

ZillowVERIFIED Amanda was by far the best realtor that I have ever worked with. She was there every step of the way in the process to answer any question or take care of any detail that came up. When there were issues, Amanda took care of them before there was the opportunity to be stressful. Without question I will use Amanda for any all real estate business that I have going forward. She not only was our agent, but also managed the contracts, so there was no middle men to work through. I highly recommend Amanda.
