Kristin and her team did a fabulous job of preparing and selling our house in Indian Village. They were easy to work with and stayed cheerful throughout the process. She took care of getting the house ready to sell including staging every room, getting the carpet cleaned and replacing the smoke alarms. We listed the house on Thursday. Had open houses on Saturday and Sunday. Got multiple offers on Tuesday. We sold the house for over the asking price. We were introduced to Kristin by a friend who as a realtor and said that Kristin was one of the best agents for Acton. After working with Kristin, we agree.
