Much like you might see these days on TV shows on HGTV or DIY Network, our selling adventure began with a professional assessment Nicole provided us on how to maximize our selling price. This resulted in a remodel of our kitchen and dining room to an open concept with beautiful new cabinets, counters, and appliances, as well as a remodel of our downstairs half-bath. Over the 12 years in that house, we had already remodeled much of it, so this was all that was left. Unlike those TV shows, we didn?t sell our house weeks later, but decided to enjoy it for a couple of years before undertaking the hectic process of decluttering and staging it for sale. With Nicole?s guidance on how to declutter our house to get it to it?s optimal showing condition, we finally listed our house in May 2017. Nicole worked with use to put together a customized marketing package for potential buyers. With her help and hard work, we put our house on the market on a Wednesday, with open houses on Saturday & Sunday (surrounded by a couple of private showings). Still living in the house while it was being shown, we felt even more secure and in good hands by the fact that Nicole personally showed the house to any potential buyers, as opposed to leaving a key in a lockbox for total strangers. Nicole is the 4th real estate agent we have used, and was by far the most knowledgeable, trustworthy, available and helpful. She managed both our search for a new home and, once that was successful, the sale of our old home. During the home buying process, she demonstrated a deep knowledge of the neighborhoods and areas around each house and seemed to spend most of her energy pointing out any flaw or concern we should have with a given residence -- it was educational and extremely helpful in identifying what we did and did not consider critical in a home purchase. We ended up going for a foreclosure, which proved an extremely challenging and confusing process... as Nicole repeatedly warned us going in. Nevertheless, it was successful, and I dont think we would have managed it without her. In terms of the sale of our older house, Nicole helped us think about staging and color and together we got the house into amazing shape -- 30 hours after listing, we had an offer above asking. Not sure what more to ask for than that. A final note, Nicole also has a background that overlaps with real estate law, making her an excellent resource when questions of a legal nature come up. ZillowVERIFIED Nicole had quite the ride with us as we were looking in Boxborough and only Boxborough to buy a home. We walked away from a home in Boxborough after the inspection revealed the home would need extensive repairs and the owners were not willing to fix them. Nicole was very supportive with our decision and helped us receive our good faith estimate back in a timely fashion. We did attempt to buy a home on our own, without Nicole, and it was a costly mistake. FSBO is not for the faint of heart, and it was a life lesson that in situations like that, having a professional help you is well worth the cost. We ultimately had to decide that the limited inventory in Boxborough was not going to change, and we would have to expand our search. We found a wonderful home, literally down the street from our old home, just in a different zip code. Nicole helped us from start to finish with this home. ZillowVERIFIED I have always said Real Estate Agent is a very personal business. We found Nicole and it has been working out very good for us. We are very much on the same page. It could be our personality matches which is an important factor. Aside from that, I think our experience with Nicole has been great because she was able to come through watching out for us as a buyer agent. We had quite a long journey trying to buy a house in some very competitive market in the Boston suburb. This is not easy in particular for Spring of 2013. The market in Lexington, Concord and Winchester MA were very contentious. Nicole had given us a lot of valuable information and a game plan going into putting an offer. We routinely are getting somewhere near 10 other bidder on houses we are interested. She is also cool about letting us set the top price that we are comfortable accordingly to our final judgement on what value we like to pay for the house. There is no pressure from her side to make the sale, but rather advice to make sure in the end, we as buyer are buying something we think is of fair market value to us. I personally do not like to pay over the market value of anything. My wife is even worst. We were sure in for a ride trying to buy a house in these crazy market. I think Nicole helps us to have a good game plan, gathers all the extra necessary documents to put together a great offer with a lot of additional information, and staying on an aggressive but not pushy side putting pressure on the seller agent. In fact, those extra document we provided in our offer made a differences for the buyer and we were able to get to the circle of top contenders of all the bidding parties and eventually have the chance to successfully buy the house in Lexington. I am a picky person with houses and prices. I think Nicole was able to work with us. I had asked for price and market competitive information, as well as lead paint record...etc in different occasion. Nicole came through with a lot of effort on her part to put together information I need.I would certainly recommend Nicole to my friends and families. I think you should give her a try if you are looking around the Boston suburb in particular Lexington, Concord and Acton.

Nicole is more familiar with Acton, however, she did every bit of research necessary to make us comfortable with learning about the Westford areas we were considering. Her time was well spent as we ended up buying a house in one of these areas. We always got returned phone calls and emails within the day, most within a few hours or less. She goes into great detail with all her deals so that nothing is missed during the transaction. I was extremely impressed with the very thorough and detailed value assessment she provided for our home. She is conscientious towards your needs and wants in her work in finding you the perfect house for you. Buying/selling a home can be a very stressful proposition. ZillowVERIFIED Nicole is a very thoughtful and thorough agent. She completed and presented a market evaluation of our current home when we were trying to decide between moving or adding on. Her presentation was outstanding--many personal touches and very professional. Nicole also showed me possible homes we could buy and her eye for both the positive and "needs improvement" characteristics to a home were helpful.We ultimately decided not to move, but if we were to move (or buy) in the future, I would utilize Nicole and The Attias Group for our real estate needs.
