ZillowVERIFIEDElena Petrov recently helped me sell my condo. She made the entire process so easy and stress free, and was always several steps ahead of where we needed to be to get things done in a timely manner. She is a depth of knowledge on the market, areas, and everything else that comes with buying or selling. I highly recommend Ms. Petrov! Whether you're buying or selling, I trust you'll be in excellent hands with her.

ZillowVERIFIED I was relocating from Philly to the Boston area for work. Didnt know Elena but contacted her because she was showing properties in and near Acton, the area we were interested in buying a house. Elena helped us buy and rent out a property and both happened in challenging times during the COVID-19 pandemic. While showing us properties, she was very honest about the conditions of the houses, what needed to be fixed, what was different compared to other properties in the area, about advantages and disadvantages of the location. She was also very thoughtful of the owners, if they were elderly and more susceptible to the coronavirus. While seeing such houses, she was asking us to keep our kids out and made sure we were entering the house with new pairs of gloves and shoe covers. After choosing a house, she helped us schedule the inspection and was there at the day of inspection performing a radon detection for us and sending the samples herself. It was a difficult negotiation process to get the house, but Elena made sure we would get all necessary documents in time and lifted a lot of burden from our shoulders. She found us movers at the day we moved in, she sent us a list with contractors we might need, recommended us local facebook groups for families with kids and helped us with everything you could think a new family in the area would need. We reached out to her when we wanted to rent out a property. Again, she took care of everything and made the process as easy as possible for us. She wrote the ad and posted it, she scheduled the showings and dealt with the applications. She performed the background check of the applicants and negotiated a higher price than what wed asked for. Elena found us reliable tenants just after two days of showings, prepared the contract for us and made sure we had all documents in place in a timely manner. We called a real estate agent but found a friend. Elena did so many things for us she didnt have to and made our new life in Acton easier. She was always available no matter if it was a work day or a weekend. I strongly recommend Elena as a realtor if you either want to sell or buy a property. Our experience with her was way beyond our expectations and previous experience with realtors.

ZillowVERIFIED Elena is a tremendous agent. She helped me find tenants over the years and just sold my property. Her knowledge of both the rental and property market is unparalleled. She got us 25% more when we were renting, and sold our unit for asking (more than we anticipated) in about a week. She is responsive, knowlegeable, professional, and great to work with. I have worked with other realtors in the area, and Elena is by far the best.

ZillowVERIFIED Elena gave us great advice on what to do, and what not to do, to prepare our home for sale. Once we put it on the market, it was sold within a few days. She educated us about which offers were more in line with our interests. She always gave us her honest professional opinion which helped us make informed decisions. She communicated regularly with us and was always easy to reach. She also worked tirelessly in helping us find our new home. She was patient and willing to show us many properties. She was incredibly knowledgable about the towns we were looking in and shared all she knew with us. She had extensive knowledge about all of the features of a property, from the light switches to the sewer systems, many of which we would have probably overlooked, not knowing any better. She was also a strong advocate for our interests when negotiating. We highly recommend using Elena to help you sell or buy your home!

ZillowVERIFIED Elena has been helping us to find the proper rent first and then we were buying the apartment and later townhouse with her. She is highly professional and dedicated, every time she was really focused on our interests and particular situation and went above and beyond to make it happen. She managed to get our apartment under agreement in less than 2 weeks for us to be able to buy the townhouse, and even managed to get the occupational permit so we moved in earlier than the closing date! She always outperformed our expectations, so I can highly recommend her and I will be working with her myself too if I ever need the change again.

ZillowVERIFIED Elena was very knowledgeable about the "comps," as well as local contractors, and used these connections to sell our condo. After only 2 weeks on the market, we received an offer on our home! I would recommend her to anyone, especially those who may be selling their properties from out of state.

ZillowVERIFIED We contacted Elena for a pricing consultation prior to listing our home with our agent (a family friend). Within an hour of contacting her through Zillow, she had responded by phone, set up a consultation visit the following day and confirmed the visit goals and objectives. Elena was thorough, pleasant and efficient during her house visit pointing out various selling points for the property. She obviously knows the area market extremely well and had valuable feedback. The next day she delivered a beautifully prepared report with all of the market information and pricing estimates. If we did not already have a personal relationship with our agent we would have signed up with her immediately. Her responsiveness, knowledge and professionalism are truly outstanding.

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Elena for several months and eventually found the right house at the right price. Through out the process she was responsive and thorough. She took the time to understand what we were looking for and made us aware of potential matches as soon as they went on the market. I was especially impressed by her follow through when we asked questions - on a range of topics such as ownership costs of specific features, plausibility of renovations and advice about area daycares to name a few.I have already recommended her to several friends and will do so without reservation in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Elena is a trustworthy real estate agent, who is very honest about the property, and not just driven by her commission profits. She is very patient and gives sufficient time for the buyer to choose a property to their liking, and very accomodative towards property visits. With her help, we bought a wonderful property in Andover area at a reasonable price and happily lived there for more than a year. We got immensely benefitted by her advice on P & S agreement, price, punch list creation, negotiations and final closing of the deal. She is very pleasant to work with. My writings are my own experience in house buying with her and not just mere flattering. You will understand this when you work with her closely.
