Keller Williams Puget Sound

I met Brett at an open house while visiting Vashon, Washington, and she was incredibly helpful to me and my family throughout the process of finding a beautiful new home in an area we didnt know well. I truly enjoyed spending time with her as we explored many different houses together. Brett was more than willing to show me properties even outside of her usual area, and her knowledge of Washington and the various communities I was considering was invaluable. She taught me so much along the way and made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. I couldnt be happier with my new home aEUR" or with the new friend I made in Brett. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring realtor.

Brett is an amazing human and realtor. She went above and beyond for me during the sale of my house. She was thorough, thoughtful, resourceful, extremely helpful, and really came through for me during a particularly difficult selling process. I very highly recommend her and will absolutely use her again if I ever buy or sell in her area.

Buying a home can be stressful, but Edgar and Sark Team made the entire process smooth and actually enjoyable! Unlike my friends who spent months searching, He helped me find the perfect home quickly and efficiently. From our first meeting, I was impressed by his knowledge of the market and genuine desire to understand my needs. He was incredibly patient, taking the time to answer all my questions (and I had a lot!) and never pressured me to make a decision. The Sark Group Team was always available, whether it was to schedule a last-minute showing or talk through any concerns I had. Edgar went above and beyond throughout the entire process, negotiating skillfully on my behalf and ensuring a smooth closing. I truly felt like I had a partner by my side every step of the way. If you're looking for a hard-working, knowledgeable, and dedicated real estate agent, look no further than The Sark Group! I highly recommend them!

Working with Brett as our real estate agent was amazing! She made the process so smooth, was incredibly warm and friendly, and had the best people on her team to help us (inspector, mortgage lender, etc.). We ended up getting our dream home in Magnolia below asking price and are so happy living here. We highly recommend working with Brett if you're looking for a house on Vashon or in the Greater Seattle/Tacoma area!

Working with Jaime has been the 5 star real estate agent experience it should be with all home transactions. From the beginning, Jaime was very communicative, honest, and had absolutely no high pressure sales attitude. My previous home sales have been very stressful. Jaime made the whole process seamless from start to finish. My house was marketed exceptionally well with a top notch photographer who did 3D views/touring and drone footage of the home. Jaime knows a lot of people professionally and personally in the different communities in the entire Seattle area. I am happy to recommend Jaime to all my neighbors, friends, and colleagues.
