He sat down with me in the beginning, explained an entire process to me, told about all pros and cons buying a house at this moment, let me decide on it, and then we started. Edgar was emailing me houses in my price and location range same hour they would come on the market. He was available mornings and nights, weekdays and weekends. He was even checking the houses that were not on the marker any more, but I liked them. That is house I bought my house that was pending, but then came back on the market. ZillowVERIFIED Edgar was the best choice we made when looking for a real estate Agent. I had contacted Edgar about selling our current home and buying a new home. At the time my husband and I had no idea what to expect since we never had been through selling a home while shopping for a new home however Edgars dedication and knowledge made the process way smoother then we thought it would be. Edgar started with offering to meet at our house for a free consultation giving us feedback on what we should fix with the current home we were selling and what we shouldnt bother fixing. He went over the estimated selling price our home could go for, he went over information on lenders he recommended would go above and beyond our previous experience with becu (which they certainly did), and what the process will be like if we had to sell contingent (which we ended up doing). He also took the time write down everything we were looking for in our new home. From that point we knew Edgar was the real estate agent we wanted to work with. He never failed to call us or meet us last minute in Graham area. He worked tirelessly to not only sell our current home but find us our new home all while dealing with one us working graveyard shift. With Edgars knowledge we ended up putting our house for sale sooner then expected. This was at his recommendation since there was no houses similar to ours on the market at the time. This ended up being great advise as we never even made it to our open house since we recieved an offer on our house the second day it was live. And the offer was over listing price with 30 day rent back agreement! Edgar was also able to get the inspection done within the same week! His hard work and dedication resulted in us selling our home over listing price, closing on the home we were buying several days before closing on our home we were selling. We got a credit from the seller with all appliances all while being contingent. Edgar and his team were amazing! From his photographer to the lenders he recommended Edgar made us feel like we were treated with the best service by everyone he worked with. Edgar honestly probably worked way harder then the commission earned by us so know he is truley working for you. Today almost a month later he called me to see how we we're doing. ZillowVERIFIED Edgar had worked tirelessly to help my mom sell her mom in the efficiency and price range that she wanted and let me say this was not an easy property to sell. Yet, he did seal the deal and he did it within a week. I've always said he "rescued" her with this sale after her previous agent produced no offers. This is essentially why we decided to go with him to buy our very first home in a saturated market of agents. As a young, extremely busy, and professional working couple, we wanted to search for the "perfect" home to grow our family in and we know how monumental first homes are. Edgar listened tentatively to all of our concerns, our parameters, our uncertainties and everything in between. In total, we looked at over 20 houses before purchasing the house we settled on. We experienced our first heartbreak of losing out on a bid of 2 houses we loved; we could not have competed with all cash offers of way above asking price. Through it all, Edgar remained extremely attentive, encouraging, responsive, to our needs--it was like he knew our "home" was waiting for us. And he was right. He worked on standby and responded to any questions or concerns within 5 minutes whether or not it was past midnight. The house we settled on was so serendipitous as it was so unexpected; we wanted to look at it one day and called Edgar. He was there within the hour. We made our bid--he helped to negotiate on our behalf and the rest is history. I've never had an agent who was so attentive to detail and who worked tirelessly to advocate on behalf of us. As a result, I have two real estate agents that I can trust who worked tirelessly to accomplish our goals. Not only was Edgar spot on with his knowledge of the real estate market, his most valuable aspect was his patience in dealing with my mom. Edgar and Camilla were open and ready to answer any questions or concerns that she had.
