Keller Williams on the Water Sarasota

Preston did a great job in finding me what I needed and wanted. I didnt even physically see the condo until the closing date due to the fact I lived in Las Vegas until that date. I highly recommend this guys.

Preston and Molly were wonderful to work with. They were knowledgeable, responsive, and made the process of buying our home as smooth as possible. We appreciate all of their help and would definitely recommend them to others.

Molly and Preston are great to work with. They are very responsive and have a great team. We would definitely recommend working with them. Any issues that arose during the purchase process were quickly resolved in a positive manner.

Preston and the entire team made the purchase of our first home smooth, seamless, and ahead of schedule. We highly recommend this team! Preston listened to what we wanted most in a home. He was patient and allowed for us to really look at the home without preasure. We visited a handful of homes and he even pointed out some cautions in some that I really liked in photo. We even reviewed the home that we did purchase twice and he didn't blink an eye. Thank you Preston!

Both Molly and Preston were fantastic and very kind and knowledgeable people. Molly and her team at Keller Williams covered every single thing with incredible details and responsiveness! My wife Andrea Perkins and I engaged with them to purchase a new home and then list and sell our existing Sarasota, FL home. There was lots to do but everyone helped me and us tremendously. Molly would answer the phone or email for a question at nearly any hour of the day and evening. We have bought and sold several homes over the years but we have never had such an amazing real estate team and expertise with the kindest and most understanding realtors! We are very, very appreciative and would recommend them and their company team to anyone!! Sincerely, Stephen and Andrea Perkins
