Because we were handling much of the process remotely, we had a lot of anxiety about how the process would play out. I can't say enough about how pleased we were with all that Molly and her team did to make things go as smoothly as they did. From the initial home search, negotiating an offer, home inspections, working with the closing agency, finding insurance, transferring utilities, working with the HOA, doing a remote walkthrough.
