We had a nice home in a nice neighborhood and when we tried to sell originally with another realtor, we never even received an offer!!! After reevaluating the market and realizing who was selling and who wasn't, we contracted Charles and he sold our house in 24 days!!!! He came in with a plan, in writing, and explained how everything would work and who would do what. He fully explained current market conditions, pricing strategies and most importantly, staging and promoting the property. He was with us all the way through the process and became essentially a confidant and business partner with as much stake in the success of the transaction as we did!
