Keller Williams Lowcountry

Our family recently worked with Jamie to find our dream home in Bluffton's challenging market, and from the start, we knew she was the perfect realtor for us! Her attention to detail and kindness made the entire experience smooth even with our difficult work schedules. She always went above and beyond, making sure we were well-informed about each property and provided honest thoughts for each home and neighborhood. If youre looking to buy a home in the area, we highly recommend reaching out to Jamie, shes the best!

I cannot say enough good things about Jamie Franklin, and the team at Anchor Home Group! We were first time sellers, on a very tight time frame and she helped every step of the way. From getting ready to list, to handling everything even after we left the state. She answered texts/calls very promptly and explained everything so my husband and I felt confident and comfortable in our first selling! I highly recommend Jamie and her team!

Jamie went ABOVE and beyond for our family. So much so, that she continues to help us out with issues with our new build and getting us in contact with who we need to. Shes the kindest, sweetest soul that just wants the best for you and your family. We cant recommend Jamie enough! She listened to us, was patient with us and always did everything with a smile on her face. Thanks for everything Jamie!!

Jamie Franklin was amazing to work with! She made the entire process run smoothly, even with us buying from out of state. When we encountered some discrepancies with the seller, she was quick to address and resolve the issues, requiring no intervention from us. Her transaction coordinator, Sarah Jackson, was equally fantastic. Other than providing documents and signatures, I had to do very little on my end. This is our 3rd home and the fastest closing we have had yet. I highly recommend Jamie Franklin and her team for all your real estate needs. They are professional, efficient, and a dream to work with!

Moving from out of town felt overwhelming, but working with Jamie made the entire process so much less stressful. What truly set her apart was her honest insight into every neighborhood we considered. She wasnt just trying to sell us a house. she genuinely wanted to help us find the right home in the right community for our familys lifestyle. She was also very patient, especially when we started feeling the pressure of our timeline. There were times we were ready to settle just to get the process over with, but she encouraged us to keep looking because she knew those homes werent the right fit for us. Looking back, were soooooo grateful she did. Her guidance helped us end up in a home and neighborhood that we absolutely looooove!!!! She also does a good job keeping a pulse on the market as she had a lot of off market opportunities and insight. When it came time to make an offer, her expertise was huge. She guided us on pricing and strong terms that kept us competitive without overpaying and negotiated great on our behalf. We cant recommend Jamie enough!!!
