What truly set her apart was her honest insight into every neighborhood we considered. She wasnt just trying to sell us a house. she genuinely wanted to help us find the right home in the right community for our familys lifestyle. She was also very patient, especially when we started feeling the pressure of our timeline. There were times we were ready to settle just to get the process over with, but she encouraged us to keep looking because she knew those homes werent the right fit for us. Looking back, were soooooo grateful she did. Her guidance helped us end up in a home and neighborhood that we absolutely looooove!!!! She also does a good job keeping a pulse on the market as she had a lot of off market opportunities and insight. When it came time to make an offer, her expertise was huge. She was terrific to work with and the Peirce group is lucky to have such a knowledgeable and energetic young woman. Not knowing the area very well, Jamie helped us narrow down our choices, explained the differences between the local counties and was always available. Since we live 500 miles away, Jamie did video tours of the homes for us and was very tuned into our needs. The seller had an agent that wasn't as up to date as Jamie regarding recent SC contract changes and she navigated our way through those issues while representing us well.
