ZillowVERIFIEDHillary and I have been looking for the right house for about 8 months. I was definitely not the easiest person to work with, but Hillary got me through so much anxiety, stress, etc that comes along with looking for a new home. She has gone above and beyond to get me down south!!! And she still is! I feel that Hillary is not only my realtor, but my friend. You will not find anyone sweeter and kinder than Hillary. I will be recommending my brother and my cousin to her when they are ready to move down south as well.
ZillowVERIFIEDI had one day to make it happen and she came through we found just the perfect place. Hillary is the beat agent I ever worked with and I would highly recommend her !!!!!
ZillowVERIFIEDCould not have asked for a better realtor than Hillary. After one phone call, she knew exactly what my fiancA(C) and I wanted in a home. She worked diligently and was always in constant communication. We were able to find our dream home immediately. She knew that I was leaving for a military exercise across the country and handle the closing process like a professional.
ZillowVERIFIEDRUN TO HILLARY!! We made the decision to move half way across the country to Bluffton/Hilton Head Island area last summer. Our daughter and son in law decided to love as well. Hillary was relentless in finding what we wanted and negotiated with expertise in this unpredictable market. Hillary will not stop until she finds you the perfect home. She worked tirelessly at 8am or 8pm to run and show us houses on FaceTime as soon as they hit the market. Her knowledge of the area and amenities in the communities is so helpful when you are not local. Do yourself a favor and call aEURoeour new friendaEUR? Hillary for all your real estate needs.
ZillowVERIFIEDHillary is fantastic! Friendly, knowledgeable & extremely understanding & attentive to our needs. She found us the perfect home (in less than a week!) & made the home buying process an absolute dream. She is a superstar!
ZillowVERIFIEDMy husband and I were interested in moving to Bluffton and we reached out to Hillary. From the moment we made contact I knew we had found someone that was going to find our home. She immediately set up a zoom call and had local maps that highlighted the different areas that we would like. Hillary then sent us a detailed email mapping out every neighborhood we would visit, why we would like them, the HOA fees, and listings available in those areas. When we arrived in Bluffton, Hillary spent the entire day showing us all of the charming parts of Bluffton, recommending some dinner places, taking us by the schools and touring every neighborhood that fit the description of what we were looking for. She never rushed us and was so friendly and kind. I really can't say enough about how rare she is in the real estate world. Hillary is professional, personable, organized, knowledgeable, and just fun to be around. You can tell she loves her job and knows that hard work makes her successful. You absolutely will not be disappointed working with Hillary. She is a diamond in the ruff.
ZillowVERIFIEDHillary was amazing. Patient & kind & willing to drop everything to go see a house in a crazy market! I was so grateful for her hard work & will be recommending her to friends & family.
