We have used Ms. Sadighi for two home purchases in the last 8 years. The first was from long distance, WA to NC. She handled everything without any hiccups or confusion (with a 3 hour time difference thrown in) for us in 2010. All paperwork was processed correctly and efficiently, calls were always returned in a timely manner, which for her sometimes meant she was helping us when she probably should have been asleep! In 2017, we sold our old home to an institution who rezoned our neighborhood; we did not need to contract with her to represent us in this transaction. However, she helped us with any and all questions we had as we went through this sale process. When we were ready to look for a home to buy, Ms. Sadighi helped us navigate a very tricky market with very low available housing stock in our area. Rather than pressure us to buy more than we wanted to, she respected our budget and our home requirements, while remaining aware of our timeline. On a fluke, we found a fsbo. and without hesitation we asked to employ her as our buyers' agent. Again, all our calls were returned in a timely manner, all paperwork and records processed correctly and efficiently, and everything she told us she would do, she did. And then some! Her recommendations for outside services such as moving companies, home inspectors, etc, have been excellent. She knows this area, inside and out and her knowledge has been of benefit to us again and again. If you choose her as your agent, buying or selling, you will be in experienced and caring hands. For us, it was one of the best decisions we have made to date this year.
