We worked with Sheila on our recent purchase, and she is the most diligent, sincere, and consistent communicator of the three real estate agents we have interacted with. She fought on our behalf to get serious repairs after a less than satisfactory home inspection. After the sale, our hvac was not functional counter to assurances from the seller. Sheila came to our home almost everyday until the job was done and did everything she could to make sure we were not just comfortable, but happy with our purchase. I cannot emphasize enough how much care she takes to be excellent at her job.

ZillowVERIFIED We found Sheila by accident when planning a long distance move. My boyfriend saw a listing for a house he liked, and contacted the listing agent. The listing agent was unavailable, and Sheila called us back (within 15 minutes, I might add). What an absolute blessing that it worked out that we worked with Sheila!!!! It was a somewhat complicated long distance move that involved selling a home halfway across the state while living in a temporary apartment in Salisbury and attempting to buy a house here. In a fit of temporary insanity, we had decided to sell our home at the coast as a For Sale By Owner. (Never again....no way, no how, not gonna happen.....) Within 48 hours of listing, my house was under contract at full price, and we proceeded post-haste with finding a home here. To say my boyfriend is particular is a bit of an understatement, but Sheila was patient and thorough and somehow managed to not beat him over the head with a pool noodle throughout the process........which he truly deserved many more than one times in the nearly 5 months we worked with her. In fact, I think she kept ME from doing so a few times, too! :) When the buyer for my home fell through literally 24 hours before we were supposed to close, Sheila gave us very sage advice about how to proceed, and worked truly amazing magic to somehow keep my house here under contract despite 2 back-up offers and a nearly month long delay from the original closing date. I don't need to rave further about what an amazing agent she is....that's clear from all of the other reviews. What makes Sheila different is that she became a friend through this process......not a small feat when dealing with people who are at some of the highest stress points in their lives. I have no plans to move ever again, but if I do, Sheila is the ONLY agent I would work with, both for selling my current home and buying whatever the future has in store for me. When (not IF.....LOL) I win the lottery, Sheila would be my first phone call. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Sheila.......while I'm sure we would have been treated well by any agent we worked with, I thank our lucky stars that your co-worker was unavailable that first day.

ZillowVERIFIED We have used Ms. Sadighi for two home purchases in the last 8 years. The first was from long distance, WA to NC. She handled everything without any hiccups or confusion (with a 3 hour time difference thrown in) for us in 2010. All paperwork was processed correctly and efficiently, calls were always returned in a timely manner, which for her sometimes meant she was helping us when she probably should have been asleep! In 2017, we sold our old home to an institution who rezoned our neighborhood; we did not need to contract with her to represent us in this transaction. However, she helped us with any and all questions we had as we went through this sale process. When we were ready to look for a home to buy, Ms. Sadighi helped us navigate a very tricky market with very low available housing stock in our area. Rather than pressure us to buy more than we wanted to, she respected our budget and our home requirements, while remaining aware of our timeline. On a fluke, we found a fsbo. and without hesitation we asked to employ her as our buyers' agent. Again, all our calls were returned in a timely manner, all paperwork and records processed correctly and efficiently, and everything she told us she would do, she did. And then some! Her recommendations for outside services such as moving companies, home inspectors, etc, have been excellent. She knows this area, inside and out and her knowledge has been of benefit to us again and again. If you choose her as your agent, buying or selling, you will be in experienced and caring hands. For us, it was one of the best decisions we have made to date this year.
