We moved to NC and were quickly referred to Allison. She got us in two homes right away that we had interest in seeing. She went the extra mile to get questions answered about renovation costs, rental opportunities and neighborhood policies. Her husband, a contractor, came to take a look at one home within hours of us looking at the property to get us some immediate feedback on the list of questions we had. That list of questions was the only list of unknowns we ever had - she and her team were providing information at a regular clip. It was always organized and useful. We chose all of her recommendations from financing to inspectors and even appliance installation pros - every experience was a positive one.
