Working with Lidia was one of the best decisions we made during our home search. She initially helped me search for a rental, and from the start she was attentive, thoughtful, and focused on helping us find the right fit. We worked together for several months during that search in the Jupiter area, and Ill admit I was probably a challenging client with very specific preferences. I sent her plenty of listings and changed direction more than once, but she handled it all with patience and professionalism. She was always responsive, genuinely helpful, and never once pushy. We looked at a lot of properties during that time, and she was always thoughtful in helping us think through the pros and cons of each one rather than trying to force a decision. When our search shifted toward purchasing, Lidias experience really showed. Her insight on Jupiter neighborhoods, pricing strategy, and structuring a competitive offer was incredibly valuable. She also connected us with great resources for evaluating properties that might require projects, which helped us consider opportunities we might have otherwise passed on. When the right home came along, she worked hard to help us secure it in a competitive situation with multiple bids. Her guidance and advocacy made a real difference, and we couldnt be happier with where we ended up. Were very grateful for everything she did to help us land our home and would absolutely work with her again. If youre looking for an agent who understands the Jupiter market, is strategic, patient, and truly looking out for your best interests, Lidia is someone you want in your corner.

It was a delight to work with Renee on our Florida house hunt; you will not find a better broker! We were relocating snowbirds from Connecticut looking for a waterfront home in the North Palm Beach/Jupiter area. We were seeking a knowledgeable buyers broker and were very fortunate to have been referred to Renee as she has tremendous local knowledge and insight. She is also very efficient; she did not waste our time, and quickly identified great houses to consider. We had limited time in Florida so we relied on Renee to monitor the market and keep us in the hunt. She was always availably, and 100% professional and reliable. And, she found us our home!

Renee is the realtor you want in your corner. She is not only highly knowledgeable with the local markets and trends but she actually cares about what you want and need as a client. If you want someone that will keep your best interest as the number one priority, Renee is the realtor you want and need!

After nearly four years of searching and making unsuccessful bids on waterfront properties in the Stuart area on our own, Lidia got involved, and that was the difference. She listened, understood what we were looking for, and negotiated with confidence and ease. She ultimately secured our ideal property, one that checks every box. After years of searching ourselves, we know the area well and couldn't be happier with what she helped us secure. I think her equestrian show-jumping experience plays a part; if she can confidently handle horses over jumps, negotiating under pressure probably comes naturally. Shes an excellent communicator and seems to thrive under pressure. Shes also successfully secured tenants for our rental properties; she is a complete professional. Lidia, beyond a million thanks for helping us finally get exactly what we had been looking for. Thank you! I highly recommend!

Renee was very helpful and always cheerful and available. It was a great experience. She is very knowledgeable about the area and was quick to get answers to any questions that I had.
