We were introduced to Cibie when we moved to Florida and began what ended up being a 2 year house hunt. Not only was Cibie patient, she was also a consummate professional, so incredibly knowledgeable, candid, put absolutely no pressure on us - EVER!, kind beyond belief, speaks 4 languages, knows anyone and everyone you need to know during, as well as after purchase (down to who can hang our curtains!), has become a treasured resource, has more integrity in her pinky than all of the realtors we have ever used in the past - COMBINED!We will never do another transaction with any other realtor, hard stop!While we closed over two weeks ago, Cibie has continued to follow up and check in as services get turned on, installed, making sure all vendors are meeting our needs. It is truly remarkable. In addition, I swear Cibie does not sleep because no matter if it is 4am or 4pm, her response time is ALWAYS IMMEDIATE. It is insane!I can not say enough about this woman!I would welcome anyone to contact me for further information or further comment because I feel as though this review only touches the surface.For a process - home buying/selling - that is considered one of the most stressful, Cibie made it seem like a walk in the park.Wish I could go on the rooftops and shout her name out or fly planes overhead daily with her name displayed! As a working mother with a new baby, getting a home search started was a daunting task and I worried about the barrage of phone calls and emails I would get from aggressive realtors. This was not the case with Cibie. Cibie is respectful, honest, and extremely attentive. I was sent regular email updates with prospective homes picked by Cibie and whenever I was ready to view one she would schedule a tour for us (she waited until I saw something that interested me and did not at all pester me about booking showings).
