Leeann has gone above and beyond to make the home buying/selling process easy and unique to me. After working with a different realtor in the area, I was left feeling afraid to buy a home and like there was nothing on the market that suited my needs. A few months later I found Leeann and had the experience that I was hoping for all along. When I was buying my home, she listened to exactly what I wanted. She only had to show me one home, and she made sure that we had the best offer in a multiple offers situation. Leeann made sure that anything that was noticed in the inspection was corrected. I was a first time home buyer and she made getting the best interest rate and loan easy. She also supported me after buying my home by recommending her personal maintenance men and companies she had worked with to do updates and repairs. Leeann sold my home during the COVID-19 Pandemic and went beyond her professional obligations to be sure I had a place to stay while my home was being shown, and made sure everyone followed protocol when walking through my house. My house sold for well over the asking price and Leeann even helped me stage it with her own personal touches. Leeann has treated me like a daughter through this entire process, and I truly cant thank her enough for all that she has done for me.
