Having moved multiple times, I've had my share of experience with realtors and related agencies. This was the first time EVER I have not had one questionable issue. Denise and her associate, Monique, are like no others! They are warm, professional, easy going, flexible, kind, real, knowledgable, forthcoming, patient, kind and genuine. They are at once agents, friends and protectors. I completely trusted them to handle my 81 year old mom's home sale. They took care of her personally--way above and beyond any professional "obligation". I am just in awe of them. To note--while this was my mom's house being sold, I was also involved with them personally---from the initial interview--during sale negotiations and then to post sale details. They were recommended to me by a friend who had used them to sell and buy homes--best recommendation ever!

I wanted to sell my condo in Estero Florida as I no longer wanted the expense and trouble of owning a unit that I was unlikely to need further.I had rented out the unit for the past 15 years for seasonal terms but did not want anymore of the hassle of a seasonal or yearly rental as I live 1000 miles away from the unit. I decided to sell my unit.I went on-line to a national referral service for real estate individuals that were local to Estero and received the names and phone numbers for three agents. I call each of them and asked them questions as to their sales experience, knowledge of the Estero market, and if they knew about my condominium location and its amenities. I asked them all to send me some information about their firms and there sales abilities. After another round of talks with the agents I picked Denise Chambre as she seems knowledgeable of the area and the market and had the spark in her voice that indicated to me that she wanted to sell my condo for me. Denise is the BEST CHOICE I ever made. She was eager to get to work on selling my unit. I immediately set up a appointment for her to get into my unit and look the HOA over and see the location of my unit. I listened to her knowledge of the market and past sales and with my thoughts established a selling price. She sent me a sales agreement which I signed and we were off to work. She quickly brought in a photographer who took beautiful pictures that were put on MLS to show and market my unit. The description and listing was dramatic and complete. Well written. Denise immediately started to show my unit to prospective buyers. And there were many. I soon had an offer but a problem with the unit arose. There was a unknown water leak and a mold problem which meant the unit had to be taken off the market and the problem remediated. People were still looking on the internet at my unit and Denise forwarded to me a report every week of the number of lookers. three weeks later on a Friday the unit was repaired, cleaned, painted, certified and was back on the market. The NEXT DAY, Saturday, she called me to tell me she had a buyer and at almost my full asking price. I signed the sales agreement and I was very happy.I really think that Denise made a great effort in keeping my unit in view of potential buyers. She did not just let the listing go dormant as the repairs where being made. She kept pushing the condo sale. I think her aggressive sales pitches to other agents and buyers made the sale a reality. I think Denise did a great job in selling my unit and we got the deal closed with a minimum of delay and not too much hassle. Denise is wonderful to work with. I really enjoyed working with her on this sale.I highly recommend Denise Chambre as the best real estate agent you can get to sell your property in the Estero and Ft. Myers area.
