At the outset of our relationship, he took the time to learn what we needed, and wanted, in our forever home. He learned that we had been out of the area for 40-plus years due to employment commitments and how we looked forward to retiring in Marquette County. Adam listened as we described the various homes that we had rented or owned, to include what we liked or disliked about each. Armed with this knowledge, he invited us to visit several houses in his large portfolio that checked many of the boxes on our wish list. It is Impossible to accurately and fairly rate an experience with someone who indicates to you that they will call, but does then does not honor the intent. No text, email or call 48 hours since he indicated he would call.

As a buyer i found Justin very easy to work with. He was responsive to email and text. He kept me informed on the buying process, what to expect next and what future steps might be. He assisted me in recommending an inspector that turned out to be really fast and thorough.
