ZillowVERIFIEDA good realtor plays a significant role when buying a house, but only a great realtor can help you purchase a real home. Adam Karki is truly a great realtor. At the outset of our relationship, he took the time to learn what we needed, and wanted, in our forever home. He learned that we had been out of the area for 40-plus years due to employment commitments and how we looked forward to retiring in Marquette County. Adam listened as we described the various homes that we had rented or owned, to include what we liked or disliked about each. Armed with this knowledge, he invited us to visit several houses in his large portfolio that checked many of the boxes on our wish list. Together, we walked through a number of high-quality houses, but each fell short for one reason or another. When he took us to Highland Drive in Ishpeming, we were introduced to a house that checked every box and then some, making it the perfect home for us. If you are in the market for the right home, Adam is the realtor that you want on your team.

ZillowVERIFIED Adam reached out to me first via email. I responded, expressing interest and providing him with my phone number and a good time to call. It is Impossible to accurately and fairly rate an experience with someone who indicates to you that they will call, but does then does not honor the intent. No text, email or call 48 hours since he indicated he would call.

ZillowVERIFIED Adam worked wonders for us in such a tough market and in a small time frame! We needed a house in a smaller time frame than most, and Adam was very patient with showing us multiple homes. He was also very honest in which ones he thought would fit our specific needs and which ones wouldnt. He also never complained when we asked to go see certain places multiple times. It seemed Adam was always able to get us into properties within a day or two of requesting to schedule a viewing! I would definitely recommend using Adam to find a home that fits your specific wants and needs!

ZillowVERIFIED I was just able to sell a home I have been trying to get rid of for almost two years. Adam was able to make that happen, and did so promptly and Made it effortless. I never felt out of the loop working with Adam, he was always great to communicate updates through the process; weather it be showings, interested parties, or walking me through the sale process. ZillowVERIFIED 0 stars - avoid at all costsAdam Karki was a dual agent for a home that I just purchased. He was negligent and mis-represented the property that I purchased, telling me that property which ended up belonging to my neighbor was mine. It got so bad towards the end that he wasnt even allowed to be on my property to finalize the terms of purchase. One of Adams brokers had to become involved. Avoid him (and frankly Select Realty who I now have to deal with legal proceedings regarding the mis-representation of the the property) at all costs!

ZillowVERIFIED Absolutely rude and did not show up for the scheduled time to view a house with me! Viewing was at 3 pm and I was running late due to the fact that I didnt know the area and GPA wasnt cooperating. Got to the house at 3:10 and he was NOT there. Waited 25 minutes for him to show while calling and texting, he NEVER replied. Then continued to lie to whoever his boss is and said he was there at 3 and that he CALLED to cancel the viewing, which he NEVER did. Terrible and would NOT recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED Have had dealings with many other real estate agents in my 40+ years has a landlord owner and Adam and Michele are at the top of their game. Most real estate company would have contracted me for a year to sell my properties, but Adam said 6 months. We had more showings in 30 days than any other companies combined. Adam and Michelle are the best I have ever seen in this business. I would recommend them to anyone who is ready to purchase and buy. Great people.
