We contacted the Perry Team, which I've had previously wonderful experience with before and this time was no different. Although this time I was purchasing, I got Lynne as my helper really. Chris and I looked all over Genesee County and Saginaw with Lynne. She showed up on time with a smile and if she was running late, she would let us know by calling or texting us. During the showings she was very helpful by suggesting ideas. Night stand and bed could nicely fit here or the "must have" huge refrigerator might be tight there. Whatever questions we asked she told us her honest opinions and black and white answers. And if she didn't know an answer to a question, she would openly tell us she didn't know but worked on finding the answer. Which is nice because she's not afraid to reach out for help.When we finalized on our house, which was a difficult but relatively "short" short sale, the process went smoothly with no hiccups or bumps. Lynne kept us in the loop so we knew what to expect. Plus, she unexpectedly bought my husband and I a very nice throw blanket for our new home. It was a nice touch. I love that throw! I highly recommend her for your house shopping needs. She's very knowledgeable, sweet and honest. Even after the purchase of our home and months after, we called and asked questions.
