Not only do they know the local market, they advised us on which home improvements to prioritize and which were not worth the time or money. They connected us with a contractor who quickly & expertly completed the most cost-effective improvements (mostly finishing the basement) that would maximize interest in the house. It only took 2 months from first meeting to closing to sell our parents home in Sharon for the price we were seeking. We were impressed with their professionalism and responsiveness and recommend them highly.

Talib and his team, esp Diane and Donna, were excellent at every step of the process. He really took his time to figure out what we wanted and guided us in the right direction. We were moving from NC to RI so the process was a little complicated for us, but Talib and his team smoothed it out perfectly. We started searching in the summer of 2025, had a deal fall through due to title issues in the fall of 2025, and finally found a place perfect for our needs this spring.
