Upon speaking to him, I knew that he understood our needs completely. We were moving from NC to RI/Mass and reached out to him to help us. We flew up multiple times, and each time Talib and his team had coordinated showings for multiple properties. We finally fell in love with one And even after the seller raised the price, we decided to proceed, but due to issues unrelated to Talib (first loan on our end, then title on sellers end), we had to pass on that house. Our search is not over, however, and once we settle into our temporary rental, hopefully, Talib will be ready to help us again.

ZillowVERIFIED While we were looking for our first home in US, we worked with multiple real estate brokers. Talib was the 3rd one whom we met and he was unbleivably so different????? and unique. Our first realtors was based in North Attleboro a very young and energetic young man who tried convincing us that the property that he is showing us is a goldmine and he already has so many offer, while the property did not look that great to us and it did not fit requirement of our big family but still he would persue us for some those. Our second realtors was a gal and we visited some indepedent apartment/condo kind of unit in Foxborough with her and it was less 5000 sq feet land in a community, 3 floors and was priced around 700K and when we said we feel its very expensive, she tried pursuing us quite a lot to make this happen. We certainly wanted bigger space outside home and inside home also. This may have been about 1600-1800 sq feet house. I was enquiring with friends and from my social circle I learnt that three of my friends have purchased through Talib Hussain and I thought okay let us try. Thanks to Talib and his team today, while writing this review today we are sitting in a ~3000 feet sq single family home situated on 2 Acres of lands with miles of conservation lands behind and front, nice neighbors on one side, miles of conservation land on otherside. Plenty of wildlife to see in front and backyard and it's in the same area where we're hunting. Guess what, in this market where bidding wars are going on Talib got us this house for 25K less than the list price. Talib does not pushes you to buy the house, that's what sets him apart from all other realtors I worked with. What we found weirs was while other realtors praised house and pushed us to imagine ourself in those house( here can your xyz, you can do xyz in this space), Talib would show us the problems in house ?????????. Come on which realtor does that? are you here for convincing us to buy to give reasons why we should not buy Lol. Talib said I want you to know upfront what you are buying and what expenses to expect in next 5 yrs. Talib also helped us connect with lawyer and fianance institutions. They helped arrange inspection. pre-closure inspections. End to End process was really well managed, with lawyers/bank. I also want to mention about the after sales services. Talib's back office team helped us with all utlity transfers and for any questions related to this property, they get us the details from previous owners. Overall it was a great experiance working with Talib and his team. No wonder why he is rated #1 in KW team. We went to see many properties without Talib. Whatever we used to like we would go again to see with Talib. Once when we went to see some properties without Talib it was also listed by KW and once they knew our reator was Talib I heard praises for Talib from his colleagues(and competitors) saying he is amazing and in no time Talib became #1 in our company.
