ZillowVERIFIED We highly recommend the Seth Stollman and Karen Tanzer team at Keller Williams Elite, Sharon. Not only do they know the local market like the back of their hands, they know professionals in the area who can do the projects to make the most cost-effective improvements to maximize interest in your home (which increases the selling price). They also were quick to advise on which improvements to prioritize and which were not worth the time or money. We took their advice, spent about $10,000 to replace some raggedy, stained carpet, some fogged up windows, torn screens, and some other not-working/cosmetic items that we'd been living with. Our house sold for more than $70,000 over the initially-planned asking price - after only 1 weekend's showing! We hadn't bought or sold a home in over 30 years, and their knowledge, support, and responsiveness helped ease a lot of the anxiety. And because they work as a team, they were both fully knowledgeable on our home and the terms we wanted - and that meant great service and support. If Seth was tied up, Karen could help, and vice versa. We were so pleased and comfortable with Seth and Karen that we asked them to be our buyer's brokers for the purchase of our condo. They helped us negotiate a good price on that purchase, too. Bottom line - we got more than listing price on selling our home, and we paid less than list on buying our new condo, and have felt well cared for throughout the nerve-wracking process. Of course, market conditions affect the pricing and speed of sales, so your experience may not be the same as ours.
