I'm sorry to report a very bad experience with Kellie. I have had years of experience in real estate. I have never had such a bad experience. Starting with inaccurate information about the market. She incorrectly wrote a description of the home. I gave her pictures because car were in her photo. As I decided to take off the market she became very belligerent and said she would no longer text me email only. She would not remove my home from mls until I paid her for her pictures. In 30 days there was one showing.

We worked with David Coyne and he was amazing! Very easy to work with and very knowledgeable on the selling/ buying process. He went out of his way to ensure our sell and purchase went as smooth as it could. Purchasing/ buying can be very stressful but with David's help we got it done! Thank you!

This is our second experience using Travis and his team, having bought our original property through his agency. Our son had recommended him after he sold and bought a home with Travis. We were interested in buying an adjoining 20 acres. It was not listed for sale at the time. We contacted Travis, and he reached out to the owners. It was an involved process, including probate in California. Travis and LuAnn kept us informed and kept the operation moving forward. Travis and LuAnn were always available to answer our questions, whether by phone or email. We highly recommend Travis!

David is far and away one of the best Realtors we've ever worked with and we've worked with many over the years. He is very kind and patient. He does not rush his buyers or make them feel they better hurry up and choose something soon or else you're wasting his time. He becomes a friend in the process, one who you know you can trust and rely on. HIs follow-up is excellent and his ability to problem solve is superb. Our transaction did not go smoothly for reasons related to other parties, but David and the Legacy team found a way to get things back on track so that we could successfully complete our purchase. We couldn't be happier.
