ZillowVERIFIED I was very fortunate that a friend of mine referred me to Travis. While I wanted to buy a place in Prescott, I had no idea where. The first thing he did was show me on a map the various areas (Lynx Lake, Groom Creek, Ponderosa Pines, etc.) and explained the differences. That took a lot of the guess work out and lowered my stress. Working with someone who was born, raised, and lived in the area was a bonus. He knew things about the area that only someone from the area would know. When I did find my house, the process to purchase was easy and painless as he walked me through the process (I wasnt expecting it to be that easy). Thank you, Travis!Travis is easy to work with. He is honest and forthcoming which is refreshing. I discovered that he really wanted to help me to find the right house and not just sell me any house. I will always refer my friends to him.

In our experience of buying and selling 6 homes total, we have never stuck with the same agent due to various circumstances of either dishonesty or forceful behavior. However Chris and Travis will from now on be our agents. They are the BEST that Prescott can offer. I always received called and updates about our transaction and they disclosed all details...the good, the bad, and the ugly. A buyer/seller needs to be aware of all situations, and unfortunately not all details are relayed by some agents. The opposite is true with Travis and his team.
