Craig was attentive and helpful throughout the entire process. We currently live a two hour and 45 minute drive to our new home location. When we located homes that we were interested in Craig would check them out to save us the drive. He would often drive 45 minutes from his home to view them. Craig is a pleasure to work with.

Craig was very accommodating to our quick turnaround request to tour homes while we were visiting the Charlottesville, VA area. Once we selected a home, he worked quickly with us to write up our offer and once accepted by the Seller, Craig worked quickly to schedule inspections. He has been extremely helpful to us in working local items and representing us since we are from out of state. He is in constant communication with us making sure we don't need anything or have any unanswered questions. Craig has been extremely attentive to our needs. His knowledge of the area and the builder has served us well.
