Once Sandra has signed contract, she no longer has any use for you. She does not return phone calls, texts, or emails. Be super careful, and don't let her schedule any inspections or repairs. She doesn't know the difference between a VISUAL inspection of the septic system and completely digging up said system. Additionally, she will recommend un-licensed contractors.

Review Sandy was on time to our meeting to review the property. She provided a portfolio of information about: herself; her company and what to expect if I selected her for the property listing. Once Sandy was selected to list the property, she arranged for photos of the property to be taken. In addition Sandy ordered a banner for installation on the lakefront portion of the property which a previous realtor promised but did not install. The property had a contract within two days of Sandy placing the property for sale.

Review She was amazing. I mean she went above and beyond. She probably went to more houses for us than any other client because we are military. She took videos of all the houses was there for the inspection and kept in contact with us regardless of the time difference. Absolutely stellar and an amazing realtor and person. Review This sale was done from another State. The communication (lack of) was inadequate on the listing agents part. I never was sent pictures to approve, nor a listing sheet. Phone calls were slow to be answered. Some important things like carpets getting cleaned prior to listing the property were not done. Electronic communication was not done smoothly. She did not know the details of the property she listed to respond properly to the agents showing the property. Attention to details were less then I would have liked or expected.
