Review My home had been on the market for 6 months without any offers. I decided to take it off the market briefly and go with a different realtor. Craig was one of the people I considered and since he had good results working with houses such as mine I decided to go with him. In our 1st meeting we discussed strategy, pricing. status reporting and expectations. After about 2 weeks we discussed reducing the asking price and it seemed reasonable to me. Within 2 weeks of that we had an offer, agreed on a price and had a signed contract. Craigs professional approach and delivery of services deserves a 5 Star rating.

They helped us find a house within a central location to my husband's work since we weren't very familiar with the area. They were also able to explain the homebuying process very well for us as first-time homebuyers in a way that was easy to understand and made things less intimidating. Review I had tried to sell this property myself for two months. Many showings, but in the end only one offer, which was contingent on the buyer selling his property within a 60 day time frame. I should have never accepted this contract in the first place. Long story short the buyer was unable to sell his property and thus we canceled the contract. We had lost a total of 120 days on market. I decided to search for a realtor that had a number of sales in the area where our property was located. Craig Spicer was very knowledgeable of the current market conditions. It took Craig only a couple of days to have a full price offer, which we accepted. We have now closed and each step along the way Craig did a great job of keeping us informed. I would say without reservation, that Craig is one of the best Realtors in the Charlottesville area.
