Joy Sullivan Realty

The Dusty Cole team helped me sell my home when the conventional method of trying to sell it by myself didn't work. They were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and literally answered every time I texted and called. You won't regret going with this team.

Realtor - Above and Beyond. Leigh and her team are amazing! We worked with her to sell both of my mom's properties & the entire experience could not have been better. There were repairs of ALL scale to be completed in order to get each property on the market & Leigh was able to help coordinate all the right resources. Once listed, she was active in analyzing the market, following up with prospective buyers, & evolving the marketing tactics to move things along as quickly as possible & dependent on the segment of the market for the given property. Leigh's team was very helpful & accommodating to work with my mom who is not able to stop by the office etc. We would highly recommend Leigh and her team to help with all of your real-estate needs!

Lauren is awesome, she walked us through the whole process, answered any questions we had. Went above and beyond what was expected. She is very knowledgeable of the area, helped us find a bank that would do the land loan and followed up on all aspects of the process

I don't even know how to start this review. Ben was my best experience with a sale person in general. I have work with several realtor but Ben over passed all other realtors. He went beyond his limit in a good way just to help us get what we wanted, when everything was looking like it wasn't going to happen, He nade it happened with his perseverance and good quality of work after 2 months of trying to close on a house we finally made it. I can say this with no hesitation, if it wasn't for Ben I promise you, My Wife and I wouldn't have our dream house. He's very kind person and very professional, only looked what was best for us and nothing else, he helped us in everything we needed. I can't recommend him enough and he will be my only realtor for life. You wont regret having him as your realtor, he'll make your experience and process of buying a house easy and with less stress; no matter if it is your first or your 5th house itll be a great experience.

A results oriented agent to have on your side. There are no words to describe our selling experience with the McPherson Team. When it looked like we were out of options, (at the end of the listing agreement), Leigh got a deal for us. It was a phenomenal undertaking for her to get our sale done. She is a remarkable professional who has a great team supporting her efforts. Unlike other agents who may drop the ball on the specifics of transactions, her support team is always there to do exactly what is needed when it is needed. Not only did she get our property sold, but she kept us up to date on market conditions. We cannot thank her enough for her perseverance and drive in selling our property. Thank you for your dedication to your clients! If we had to do it all over again, we would have chosen her first.
