My wife and I have just bought a townhouse on the Eastside with the immense help of CL. We are first-time buyers, and neither of us had any prior experience with buying of selling houses. The process was as smooth as it gets: first, I met with CL in his office and he understood our needs and constraints. Then, during two Saturdays (one week apart) CL showed me around 10 properties and understood what we need more precisely. Finally, a week later my wife came to the area, and the three of us went to see 5 more townhouses, and we really liked maybe 4/5 of them. After we decided to make an offer for one of these, CL was extremely helpful in making an offer, getting it accepted and guiding us through and helping with the remainder of the process. I really could not wish for a better experience and the role of CL in it was absolutely crucial.Last but not least, CL has a really nice personality and it was a great pleasure to work with him. I would give CL highest recommendations without any reservation to anyone who is looking for houses in the Seattle area.
