I bought my first home in October, moving from one state to another in the middle of a pandemic, and Karen was my realtor. She is an ANGEL to work with! She's attentive to you, takes copious notes about likes and dislikes, and will dedicate herself to you as her client. For the first couple of showings, she met my parents at the house and brought me into the showing via Zoom. Gracious to a fault, with a heart of service.I will never forget the conversation we had once the mortgage approval officially came through, it went something like. . . So this is what the bank says you can spend, but what are YOU comfortable spending. Once I set that number she was protective of it, never showing me anything over it. Going out of her way, when the market seemed to dry up in my price point to reach out to her network to see if anyone had anything in the pipeline.Karen, has taken the time to educate herself about construction of homes and while she looks to you during a walk through to see your response - she's also pointing out possible concerns. The company she works for also writes their buyers agreements in such a way that they protect the buyer to the very end. She has no problem being the one to say "we won't close today" if it's needed. Karen, will be the best choice in a realtor you make.

Shannon Riegel and the whole Jenni & Co. team were wonderful to work with. Shannon was realistic with pricing my house for sale based on nearby comps and the market, she staged the house to look incredible, and the photographs and listing description were exceptional. The whole process was smooth from our initial meeting to closing. They sent me weekly status updates both before listing and while the house was under contract, and Shannon updated me with new information (e.g., inspection results, appraisal outcome) as soon as it was available. Shannon has great attention to detail and was very informative and responsive to all of my requests and questions. Her strategy for listing resulted in multiple offers, and the house sold above asking price for more than I expected. I will use Shannon and Jenni & Co. in the future without hesitation.
