He helped guide me to make sound offers on homes. He is familar with the area and helped me look at neighborhoods that met my needs. (Safety, quiet, pool,clubhouse, low cost HOAs). I wanted to offer a very low offer, he reviewed comps with me and market values. I ended up with a winning offer under market value.Easy to reach by txt, phone and email. Great communication. Understood my schedule working nights and worked around it by contacting me when I was awake and not disturbing my sleep.Followed through with everything he promised. If he gave a day, time of a return call, he would be right on time. Neil was transparent with his communication by CC: emails. When the seller was late with final paperwork, Neil took the lead by getting a one day addendum signed to allow me to get into home as scheduled.Professional yet personable. Dressed nice while not appearing stiff. Respectful of the sellers homes when showing homes such as removing shoes before entering. Already gave his number to friends.
