Contacted Christine looking for a small home with a little land for myself and two animals. We went to see a few listings I had found online, one in Falls Village and two in New Hartford. None panned out as right, and was scheduled to go out again, when she fired herself over the phone, citing I didn't have enough funds to pursue anything other than in Torrington, which she was selling almost exclusively at the time. I found her to be extremely opportunistic and cold in manner, - not really on my side or all that interested thanks very much. Unwilling to take the time with me because I fell below her financial guidelines for success, and actually chided me for looking in other towns on my own (which she was unwilling to "spend her gas money driving to" ). And, in other words, out of her listing area. Her "help" consisted of emailing hundreds of listings from a realty website to areas I was not interested in. A very unhappy contrast to previous agents that went the distance. I would not recommend her to anyone.
