Bre was awesome, always answers the phone whether a call or a text and she is also available all hours including 7 days a week. The sale of my house was not easy and it had several glitches along the way which Bre seems to always make easy to overcome and move forward. To say the least Bre made something as difficult and overwhelming like selling your house seem easy and very manageable. From the very first contact with Brehna to our closing today has been nothing but amazing. Brehna was always easy to contact with questions with an immediate response. She is knowledgeable, caring, and experienced. We have dealt with a few realtors over the years but none compare to Brehna. She went above and beyond's to make this home buying happen. Taylar was the best realtor ever! We relocated from Maryland to Florida and she helped us every step of the way! She knew all about Lee County so once we told her things we wanted, she was able to send us houses to look at. We visited Florida and she took us around to a bunch of houses on the market. Each time she asked what we liked and didn't like about the house and made note of it. She was always available for questions and if she didn't have the answer, which was rare, she would get the answer promptly. When visiting houses and speaking with lenders, we had questions, but Taylar was able to ask the questions that we didn't even know we had! This was our first time ever buying a house, so it was beyond helpful having a relator who knew what to look out for and what things needed clarification and/or follow-up. She was also able to negotiate with our best interest in mind and kept us well informed on what could or would happen next. The house we picked, we didn't even see in person due to having to return back to Maryland! Taylar toured it and since she had been with us for all of those other houses, she made note of what we wanted, and she had been so thorough throughout the whole process, we knew we could trust her judgement. Taylar was so kind, thoughtful, informative, relatable, knowledgeable, and professional. I really don't think my first home buying experience could have been any better and that is all thanks to Taylar!!!

We couldnt have asked for a better real estate agent than Brehna. She is incredibly dedicated, works so hard for her clients, and knows how to negotiate like a pro. Her marketing was outstanding and helped us get exactly what we wanted for our home. She truly had our best interests in mind every step of the way. Commutation was never a problem, she was there any time of the day for us; even when she was on vacation, she responded to our questions/concerns so timely!
