ZillowVERIFIEDBre was awesome, always answers the phone whether a call or a text and she is also available all hours including 7 days a week. The sale of my house was not easy and it had several glitches along the way which Bre seems to always make easy to overcome and move forward. To say the least Bre made something as difficult and overwhelming like selling your house seem easy and very manageable. The Hovland girls are awesome and I would highly recommend whether buying or selling. Great big thank you to Bre

ZillowVERIFIED From the very first contact with Brehna to our closing today has been nothing but amazing. Brehna was always easy to contact with questions with an immediate response. She is knowledgeable, caring, and experienced. We have dealt with a few realtors over the years but none compare to Brehna. She went above and beyond's to make this home buying happen. I hope I have the opportunity to refer her to friends. Brehna is an amazing person and realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED She and her staff were very attentive and helpful with my requests. I requested to enter the purchased property before closing a number of times. They were always willing to accommodate. They also face timed and checked out potential properties before my arrival in Florida so I knew which ones were possibilities.

ZillowVERIFIED Brehna was absolutely the BEST ! From our very first meeting right up until the closing of our sale she was outstanding. She is very personable as well as very knowledgeable with a charming calm personality. You are made to feel important and comfortable. She is super quick to answer any communication and she gets back to you with the answers promptly. There could be no one better to help you with your real estate situation. Our situation was a bit unique as we were selling our home while waiting to build a new one in another state. It took a while to get everything done but Brehna stood by our side through the entire process.

ZillowVERIFIED Top Notch agent! I have worked with multiple realtors over my last 15 years of investing and selling and Brehna is by far the best at her craft! Anyone can sign a client but not everyone knows how to treat a client. With that being said, I have been super impressed with her level of communication, she is early to rise and a go getter! Honestly, she is an example of how everyone in the industry should approach their career!

ZillowVERIFIED Brehna, was the best agent I have ever had. She has unbelievable marketing skills and knowledge. She even marketed my home in many states by sending out over 20,000 emails to real estate agents in those states. My buyer was in one of those states. Brehna sold my house in a slow market within two weeks. I highly recommend her and her team as your next real estate agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Miss Brehna was an amazing asset to me in finding and purchasing a house. I am a super busy professional, and Brehna totally understood that. She found a fantastic house in my price range with minimal disruption to my schedule, and 4 weeks from ?hello? to closing date. Just outstanding! As happy as I was with the house, and felt that I got a good deal, at the walk through I discovered that the house way above and beyond what I expected. Just an amazing job! I would recommend Miss Brehna a thousand times over, to anyone seeking a quality, deal closing agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Brehna did a great job for us. Her guidance helped us to determine an excellent sales price that was priced to sell & we quickly had 2 offers at asking. Her strategy enabled us to get us more than asking price. Since we were out of town sellers, she was great with texting & email, keeping us informed & up to date on the process. We would contract with her again in a heartbeat.

ZillowVERIFIED Brehna has been making sure the entire process of buying a house is smooth and streamlined. She helped me right from the start from applying for the loan to signing the closing paperwork. She is a great listener, cheerleader and advocate. I had to do this process by myself and felt more confident having Brehna to guide me along. I'm very grateful for her professionalism and transparency.

ZillowVERIFIED Brehna helped us find the perfect home in a crazy market! She was patient with all our questions and informative with her answers. She was willing to show us all the properties we were interested in, even though she was helping others to find homes too. She was happy to give us recommendations for insurance, pool, and other services we needed, which was super helpful as we are new to the community. It was a pleasure to work with her.

ZillowVERIFIED Brehna did a great job helping us to find the right home for us. We had a few start and stops but Brehna hung in there with us and never lost patience while we worked through our site visits and purchased our new home. Brehna went above and beyond in physically pre-screening properties which made the process much easier since we were out of State buyers. Thanks Brehna!

ZillowVERIFIED The best thing about Brehna has been her support and genuinity throughout our time working together. She has always given me her honest opinion, professional advice and has been there to support, guide and reassure me throughout this entire rollercoaster ride. Of all the professionals Ive come across while purchasing a home, Brenha has been by far the most responsive and thorough with her communications. She has always been happy to follow through with any request I ask of her. Brehna knows her stuff and anything she does not know she is quick to find out. I would HIGHLY recommend her to any others looking for a property whether it be a home or an investment, fha loan or conventional. I would love to work with her in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Brehna was good at answering questions and following up with other realtors after showings for comments. Without hesitation she gave up weekends for open houses at our property. When we were unsure where to relocate, Brehna showed us many properties in various parts of collier and Lee counties. After we moved to another city she continued to keep in touch. We would definitely recommend Brehna to buy or sell, a property

ZillowVERIFIED Brehna was a pleasure to work with. She did her homework and was well prepared when we met for the first time and throughout the process. She was confident, knowledgeable about the market and a real go getter. She paid for professional photos, our listing on Zillow to come up first when searched by zip code. We had an offer in five weeks during the pandemic. Which we were very pleased with. I would highly recommend Brehna to sell your property.
