She knew all about Lee County so once we told her things we wanted, she was able to send us houses to look at. We visited Florida and she took us around to a bunch of houses on the market. Each time she asked what we liked and didn't like about the house and made note of it. She was always available for questions and if she didn't have the answer, which was rare, she would get the answer promptly. When visiting houses and speaking with lenders, we had questions, but Taylar was able to ask the questions that we didn't even know we had! This was our first time ever buying a house, so it was beyond helpful having a relator who knew what to look out for and what things needed clarification and/or follow-up. She was also able to negotiate with our best interest in mind and kept us well informed on what could or would happen next. The house we picked, we didn't even see in person due to having to return back to Maryland! Taylar toured it and since she had been with us for all of those other houses, she made note of what we wanted, and she had been so thorough throughout the whole process, we knew we could trust her judgement. Taylar was so kind, thoughtful, informative, relatable, knowledgeable, and professional. I really don't think my first home buying experience could have been any better and that is all thanks to Taylar!!!
