I can't say enough great things about the Tateo & Co team! From start to finish, they provided an exceptional home-buying experience. Christian's knowledge of the real estate market & entire purchasing process was invaluable, helping me navigate all the do's and don'ts with confidence. What really stood out was their attention to detail and willingness to go above & beyond. They helped me understand important financial considerations, especially when planning for renovations, connected me with trusted resources throughout inspections and even after closing, and were always incredibly responsive and attentive to my questions and needs. The negotiation process was seamless, and I always felt confident knowing I had a knowledgeable, professional team advocating for my best interests. I truly can't thank the entire team enough for their guidance, dedication, & exceptional service. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Christian is a true professional. He responds very quickly to all questions and concerns. Even when I sent messages early or late-- he responded promptly! We trusted Christian with our home and investment. When a property went sideways, he found a way to pull together for the better.... We ended with the best property for our needs. He went to bat when needed and we appreciate all of his assistance. It's not just a 5, but a 5+ for us. LP

Omar was very thorough during my home buying process and I learned a lot about what to consider when buying a home. He also helped me weigh out the pros and cons with different types of property like comparing New construction homes versus homes with low HOAs and a single family home with its own lot and no HOA. He is open-minded and able to answer any questions you might have as a first time home buyer. Also want to add, he has local resources for when you buy a home if you need remodeling on your home or other services.
