She provided terrific recommendations on how to stage the house, hired a profession photographer to take pictures and created a professional website to market our home. Her extensive knowledge about local comps and understanding of how to competitively price the house was impressive. She was extremely motivated and willing to do open houses at our request and had feedback to us from all potential buyers within an hour of another realtor showing the home. Because of her recommendation on strategic pricing and the product she developed to market the home, we were under contract within 30 days and didn't have lower the original asking price at all. Claren is excellent at negotiating and ensures that her client's will get the best deal possible. When our appraisal came back under our agreed upon sale price, she immediately took steps to ensure we wouldn't lose the sale and renegotiated with the buyers agent to make it work for everyone involved. I would absolutely hire Claren again to represent us with either the sale or purchase of a home and would give her my highest recommendation to anyone looking for a professional, honest and knowledgeable realtor.

After a lengthy on-line search and one day trip to look at 10 homes Claren was super super patient and had things all lined up for me. Two homes we were interested in ended up with offers before we even got there... but she had others waiting and we selected one after we got home.
