ZillowVERIFIED Ill begin by saying that Christian is by far the best realtor Ive used. Background: I reached out to Zillow to land me with an agent for my home buying experience here in FL. The first agent I was referred to, did not make the cut. I called Zillow back and asked them to pair me with someone that had experience and who was hyper responsive. That is where Christian came in. We finally located a home and started the process. Christian and his team not only were hyper responsive, but their platform for digital signing and downloading documents were effortless. Christian and I landed ourselves in an interesting situation where the sellers agent and seller failed to disclose some very major issues with the property. Because the issues were below ground, the standard inspection was not enough. We were able to coral some last minute inspectors to asses the issue and Christian immediately went into action negotiating with the seller. Christian and I knew that we were dealing with a very rare situation here but Christian relied on his experience and knowledge to guide me through the process. He took the negotiations to the seller and unfortunately the seller denied all wrongdoing and we were at a stalemate with the potential to lose the home with only 3 days to close. Christian, along with an attorney, put together a beautifully constructed letter to the seller and agent holding them accountable for their negligence to disclose this information and multiple addendums later, we were able to close on the property and seek the agreed upon credits to remedy this catastrophic issue. Christian did not skip a beat during this deal and if he wasnt hyper responsive and working around the clock, I would have lost the property and would be in a hotel writing this. Instead, I'm in the new home and all is well. I highly recommend Christian not only as a realtor, but also as a lender. His team at JW Capco is a family based company and the quality from start to finish far exceeded my expectations . He was also able to get me a lower rate than any other lender I was quoting. Christian has all facets covered with the buying and selling process and this made for an easy transaction even in the most stressful of situations. Thanks again Christian! SK
