This was my 7th home that I have sold since in the last 20 years. While Hope is very nice as a person, This was one of the most frustrating experiences that I have had with selling a house. The original posting (to zillow) was incorrect (bedroom count as well as property size) and when asked to fix it, it remained incorrect. The realtor on multiple occasions communicated poorly, or mixed me up with another property sale. There were never any open houses, and I never actually met the realtor in person, and she lost the keys to the property after closing (the date moved multiple times with poor communication or no communication when it occurred). Not very professional or impressive for the amount of commission that was received off of the property sell. Just glad to be completed with the sale.
