HomeSmart Top Flight Professionals

My hearty thanks and recommendation to Kevin O'Malley of Home Smart Realty for guiding me through the recent sale of my home! It was a total success with the home being sold in three days. The house went into bid and sold at a much higher price than I had expected with six serious buyers! The transaction was flawless, stress free and Kevin handled all legal requirements of the sale. Within a couple weeks, I was in my new home. Kevin O'Malley, Realtor of Home Smart Realty gets my highest recommendation!Carolyn Strame

Kevin made a stressful situation of selling my mom's house into the easiest process possible! He took care of everything and with his expertise and knowledge we were able to close quickly and for asking price. He is very responsive and so nice that he makes the whole process enjoyable! He's the best in the business for sure!

A knowledgeable pro, patient and organized, energetic. recommended! Norbert R.

Kevin was an absolute dream to work with! As a first-time home buyer, he was so kind, and patient, explaining everything and allowing for many questions! He is very knowledgeable, I would recommend him to anyone!

Kevin OMalley was amazing to work with. I was a first time seller and he was so patient, kind and informative every step of the way. Kevin is very well-known and respected and that is why I chose him. Now I feel an obligation to notify others - that are looking to sell or buy aEUR" of his goodness and trust worthiness. He has your best interest at heart. And last but not least - he sold my home in 3 weeks!
