One of the best things about him was how he let us arrive at our own decision rather than pressuring us. When it came to changing the price of the house we were selling, he advised us to change it, but let us wait a few more weeks as we were hopeful future showings could provide an offer (as he predicted changing the price was the correct move). Responsive to email quickly and got us through the whole process with explaining everything so we could understand.
