While I checked out closet space, Joe checked on all the other stuff like plumbing, heating, etc. As a single female, I really appreciated him making sure I knew what was "behind the walls." We saw some awful places together and although I was a little frustrated sometimes, it had nothing to do with Joe-- only my need to be near family v my pocketbook. He lets us walked through the homes and gave us space to look through the house by ourselves and scope it out. He answered all questions straight forward. And trust me I had a lot of questions. And let me tell you, it was worth the wait! He was very patient with us for those 5 yrs, granite it was on and off but still.
