We were moving from the Bay Area to Lake County and spotted a house on Zillow that we wanted to take a look at in Hidden Valley Lake. Carson was the listing agent so we called him up and scheduled a viewing. Carson is friendly and very easy to work with. He was happy to show us the rest of the community after the initial house and we toured 3-4 more. He even drove us around to show us the HV lakes, pool, community center, etc. Ultimately I decided to hire Carson as our agent and we ended up purchasing the first house that Carson showed us. He was incredibly responsive and professional during every step of the way. He was quick to schedule inspections, submit any documents, answer every question I had for him, and ensure that everything was in order with the title company. I would certainly use Carson again in the future and recommend him to anyone thinking about moving to HVL.

I bought a house from Hidden Valley Lake Realty, (which Carson owns) about ten years ago--I am looking to buy a second investment home with Carson now. He is extremely knowledgeable about primary residence homes for sale, and investment/rental values in Hidden Valley Lake. He is easy to get a hold of even when he has been out of town--he answers emails immediately. If you call him during business hours he also answers immediately. His staff is awesome, couldn't ask for more helpful people and they do in-house property management for several investors in Hidden Valley Lake. He is easily one of the best realtors in Lake county and I sure as heck do not say that lightly. There are some real turkeys out here selling real estate and Carson will protect his buyer or seller and make sure that the negotiations and the escrow goes thru as estimated for dollars and timeliness.
